The Daikin Pro-C is the chilled water computer room air handler (CRAH) range from Daikin Applied for data centres. It passes hot-aisle air across a chilled water coil and returns cooled air to the room, with controls that match cooling output to real-time demand.
Daikin publishes a Pro-C cooling capacity range of 30kW to 210kW, with a modular design that suits a wide spread of data centre layouts. Because a CRAH uses chilled water rather than an in-room compressor, the Pro-C pairs with central chiller plant such as the Daikin Magnitude or Pathfinder ranges. The slim Pro-W CRAH adds a space-saving option for floor-constrained halls.
