CRAC Services supplies OEM and equivalent spare parts for all major precision-cooling brands — keeping critical cooling assets serviceable through their full lifecycle. Common stock items ship same-week from our Australian inventory; less-common items ship within 2-3 weeks ex-OEM.
We support full asset lifecycles from current-generation Vertiv Liebert PEX4 / PCW through legacy Liebert PEX3, Stulz CyberAir, Schneider Uniflair LE, and Climaveneta — including end-of-life equipment where compatible high-quality equivalents extend usable service life.

Can you supply legacy Liebert / Emerson parts?
Yes — we maintain a working inventory of legacy Vertiv Liebert and Emerson Network Power parts including pre-Vertiv (Liebert HPC, Liebert Foundation) and early PEX series. For end-of-life parts no longer manufactured, we source quality equivalents that meet the original specification.
What's your lead time on common parts?
Common stock items (filters, EC fans, common control boards, humidifier bottles) ship within 1-3 business days from our Australian inventory. OEM-only parts ship within 2-3 weeks via the manufacturer supply chain. Critical breakdown items can be expedited via courier from regional warehouses.
Do you sell parts only, or only with installation?
We supply parts standalone for sites with their own service teams, or supply-and-install where installation is required. ARC-licensed work (refrigerant) must be supply-and-install via a licensed technician. Control boards, fans and most mechanical parts can be supply-only.
